Bicycle tunnels have been an integral part of the mobility network in the Netherlands for decades. This is also the case in Zwolle. The pulsating Hanseatic city not only has a medieval city center, but also a busy bicycle tunnel. The tunnel lighting installed there ensures road safety for cyclists. But what should be done when the lighting no longer meets the technical requirements and safety is no longer guaranteed?

Voith´s aim was nothing less than to achieve the “next generation in milling through” the development of the new InfibraFiners system. Eye-catcher, with its centerpiece the SmartLight IF90, was developed in a record-setting five months through the collaboration of the design company defortec and DIANA.

An internal recommendation brought the team of Syntegon and DIANA together. „After the joint development of an individual sightglass light already had been successful, it was clear that we would also contact DIANA with our new idea,“ says Steffen Carbon, project manager at Syntegon. „In our modern machine design, we use a mineral material in which the signal light should also be completely integrated.“ A tricky challenge – just the right thing for DIANA.

A mutual customer brought FRANZ ZIEL GmbH together with DIANA Electronic-Systeme GmbH. The relatively simple requirement to illuminate the interior of an insulator in amber developed into an innovative RGBW LED solution in the Laminar Air Flow systems for product and personal protection. The D45 Multi-Color not only illuminates the working area, it also functions as a status indicator

Searching for a UV solution „that lasts“, the electronics protection service provider comes across DIANA on the Internet. „Finally someone who took the time to develop a customized solution for us,“ remembers Coating Visions Managing Director Tobias Grimm. Already for a long time, the company from Rottweil was looking after a UV solution to do the quality inspection of protective coatings and lacquers, which can withstand a 40-hour per week continuous operation.
